May Day Acres Ph2 is located on the outskirts of Mandeville, just to the south-east. === Lot No. 63 (Volume 1565 Folio 540) is located on the eastern side of Reserved Road No. 6 (Nelson Heights). It is part of Deposited Plan No. 15464 and has an area of 1,050.396 square metres (11,306.463 square feet). The lot is rectangular in shape and is just above the grade with the roadway. It rises up very gently from the road, up to the south-western boundary with a gentle northerly slope, which should allow for the run-off of surface water. It is thought to be a good building lot. Boundaries to this lot appeared unenclosed with electricity being available just about 60.00 metres to the north of this lot, on the same road.
