The site has a rectangular shape; gently sloping above road level at the front, has level areas in the middle but slopes gently downwards at the rear north-eastern section. The boundaries are secured by concrete block walls, chain link fence and a double swing iron gate. Ornamental and fruit trees are on site which includes mango, coconut and ackee. The driveway and the southern section of the yard are paved with concrete.
